We will proceed to create a service booking on your behalf through the NDIS portal.

PLAN MANAGED participants send us:

• the above information
• Plan Manager email address

We will proceed to create an invoice and send it to your planner.

SELF MANAGED participants

Email us the details above and we will provide you with an invoice to pay direct debit.
